Purpose: To help you build a complete, customized trading plan, understand your trading psychology, interpret your data, and begin using the AI Trading Coach effectively by the end of the program.

Week 1: Foundation & First Steps

Focus Areas:

• Mission Statement (Purpose, Objectives, and Values)
• Vision Statement
• Means (Financial needs, return goals, account size requirements)
• Personal Summary
• Strengths and Weaknesses
• Commitment and Time Expectations
• Support & Resources
• Initial Account Balances

• What you plan to trade and why

Week 2: Routines, Forecasting, Money Management

Focus Areas:

• Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual routines (Include timing and specific activities)
• Forecasting process
• (Optional) Current market outlook + implications for your trading
• Portfolio heat
• Trade risk per position
• Number of positions
• Reward-to-risk expectations
• Stop-loss methods
• Document when/why values might change

Week 3: Trading Rules & Systems

Focus Areas:

• General Trading Rules (Philosophy-based, discipline and mindset guidelines)
• Complete at least one full system:
• System Name
• Trade Search and Watchlist Management
• Setup Definition
• Entry and Exit Rules
• Money Management Rules
• Trade Types

Week 4: Goals, Journaling, and Plan Completion

Focus Areas:

• Trading Goals (Title, status, timeline, definition, action steps, progress, results)
• Results & Analysis Structure
• Market Observations (Start journaling)
• Expenses / Retirement / Time Log (Time log optional and under evaluation)

Week 5: Trading Psychology Test

Focus Areas:

• Complete the full Trading Psychology Assessment
• Reflect on category scores and behavioral tendencies
• Identify strengths, weaknesses, and potential plan adjustments

Week 6: Analytics & Metrics

Focus Areas:

• Use platform’s calculators and analytics tools
• Evaluate: Reward-to-Risk, Expectancy, Kelly Criterion, Position sizing
• Apply insights to refine money management and system logic

Week 7: Analyze Feature Deep Dive

Focus Areas:

• Use the Analyze tool with your trading data
• Look for patterns in: Win/loss rate, Avg gains/losses, Trade duration, Number of trades
• Draw conclusions to guide improvement

Week 8: AI Coach Integration

Focus Areas:

• Begin using the AI Trading Coach
• Submit trades for review
• Ask questions about your plan or psych profile
• Practice using all four coach tools:
• Trade Review
• Psych Profile Review
• Trading Plan Review
• Ask-the-Coach (general)
